1. Overview
Devsign Co., Ltd. ("we") respects the privacy of visitors to devsign.info (the "website"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
This website serves business customers (B2B). We do not sell personal data, run no cross-site behavioral advertising, and build no marketing profiles of users.
2. Data we collect
Contact form data: when you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email, phone (if provided), selected topic, and your message - used solely to reply, answer your question, and prepare a proposal relevant to your inquiry.
Usage statistics: we use Google Analytics to view aggregate statistics such as page views and time periods, in anonymized summary form.
Article view counter: to prevent double counting we store a daily hash of your IP combined with browser information. This hash cannot identify you and is automatically deleted every day.
Automatic data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested), a common provider practice, for security and troubleshooting.
3. Cookies we use
site_lang (essential): remembers your chosen language (Thai/English) for future visits. Lifetime 1 year. No behavioral tracking.
Google Analytics cookies: Google sets cookies to distinguish users in statistics (e.g. _ga) for the duration Google defines. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out tool or your browser settings.
You may delete or block cookies in your browser; blocking may reduce some features such as language memory.
4. Third-party services
Google Analytics: measures website usage in aggregate. Data is processed by Google under Google’s Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare Turnstile: verifies that form submissions come from humans, not bots. Cloudflare may process technical data as needed under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Google Maps: the contact page embeds a Google map; loading it may share data such as your IP with Google under its policies.
We self-host the fonts and assets of this website, so no external font service receives requests from your visit.
5. Purposes and legal basis
We process data to: respond to your inquiries (necessary to fulfill your request), improve content and usability (legitimate interest), and prevent spam and abuse (legitimate interest).
We do not use contact-form data for marketing newsletters unless you give separate consent.
6. Retention
Contact form data is kept only as long as necessary to respond and act on your request, and as required by law; it is then securely deleted.
Daily counter hashes are deleted every day; cumulative view counts are anonymous statistics.
7. Sharing and transfers
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
We disclose data only where necessary: to processors acting on our behalf (hosting, email) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Using Google and Cloudflare services may involve transferring data to servers abroad; see their policies linked in section 4.
8. Your rights (PDPA)
You have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data, rectify it, request erasure or restriction, withdraw consent, object to processing, and request data portability.
To exercise these rights, contact us via the details in section 11. We will respond within the timeframe required by law. If you believe we do not comply, you may lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to staff who need it. No system is 100% secure; please do not submit confidential secrets through the web form.
10. Minors
Our website and services target business organizations, not minors. We do not knowingly collect data from children and will delete any such data upon becoming aware of it.
